friendliness and wine
The forth butcher loves meat, but he is in charge of wine selection with Laurent Carpentier. He is passionate and he spent a lot of time in the vineyards with wine-growers, as he loves human beings as much as wine, he cares about serving new wines at the restaurant: the pleasure of sharing.
He is open to all wine regions and he searches for beautiful stories about young wine-growers (some of them are organic growers). His wine list complements the meat which is served in the restaurant. Burgundy, Languedoc and Rhone valley wines dominate the list with their famous designations, wine estates to be discovered with pleasure. Here again, good taste at reasonable prices.
